Phillip Prater and his wife, Bridgett, started Prater Realty and Auction in 2003 after the birth of their first son, Will. Their goal was to use Phillip's passion for helping others and vast knowledge of real estate and auction services to build a business that would allow them to support their friends and neighbors and build a future for their children. 18 years later, they have grown the Prater Realty and Auction family to include experienced and professional real estate agents and auctioneers - including their two sons, Will and John Porter.
Our agents and team members have been in your shoes. They've bought their first homes, sold their own residential and commercial properties, auctioned family property after loved ones have passed, and searched for the properties where they would put down roots and raise their families.
